ICAPE group has developed a very solid and efficient logistic organization, year after year. We provide complete services to our customers all around the world.
Our activities in the logistic field can be distinguished in three groups.

China customers services activities:

We have in China a large “Customer Services” department which takes care of customer’s orders and logistic issues. Our team negotiates the best lead times for your products and follows up with the factories in order to make sure that they will ship your goods on time.
Our team will also take care of our forwarder’s partners in order to optimize the transport of your goods, following them until the final delivery to your factory or warehouse.
Of course this team will inform you at the earliest stage in case of any delay in our shipments.

We are using currently 4 transport modes:

• Express transport       : for small quantities and urgent cases.                 3 to 5 days
• Transport by air         : standard transport mode by air.                         7 to 10 days
• Transport by sea        :  low cost transport for large volumes shipments   5 weeks
• Transport by Sea-Air   : for a better optimization cost/transport time       3 weeks

A very professional ERP system has been developed in China and helps us in the management of all our orders and shipments.
ICAPE logistic team in China can also take care of your consignment stocks when quantities are large and stable.

Strategic cost optimization tasks:

For 11 years ICAPE group works and negotiates its freight and transport costs at the best rates.
Due to the large quantities transported every day, our customers can take advantage of those very low rates to transport their goods.
For each order, our logistic team in China works closely with our forwarders, to make all necessary groupages to minimize costs. By doing so, we are able to transport your small quantities at “high quantities” transport and freight rates.

Worldwide shipment organization:

ICAPE is able to deliver your goods all around the world.
Our logistic agencies, ICAPE Hong Kong and CIPEM Hong Kong, will take care of all necessary issues to deliver anywhere in the world in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
From China and with our partners, we will follow up the progress of your deliveries, quickly taking care of any problem which may occur with transport companies or customs.
If necessary, ICAPE group will modify the chosen transport mode in order to make sure that you will receive your goods on time.
