ICAPE Holding is the central financial structure, where we manage all shares from ICAPE group employees together with our financial partner’s participations.

ICAPE China representative office and CIPEM China representative office are two structures located in China, taking care of suppliers and providing full services to all other ICAPE and CIPEM subsidiaries.

All other companies are business units taking care of marketing, customer support and business development in their respective geographic zones.
General resources such as purchasing, quality, sales administration, logistics, IT services, finance, marketing, ERP, virtual servers, are common and shared by all subsidiaries.
